  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Since our soaps are handmade, slight delays may occur during high demand periods.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Delivery time usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Estimated delivery time will be:

  • Metro Cities: 3-4 days
  • Other cities & towns: 5-6 days
  • Remote areas: 6–7 business days

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to courier services, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
