Return and Refund Policy

At Rosybar, we take pride in delivering high-quality handmade soaps. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we follow a strict yet fair return and refund policy.

Returns

  • We only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and pack every order, but if you receive:

  • damaged product
  • The wrong item
  • missing item from your order

  • Your order number
  • clear photo of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

After reviewing the request, if eligible, we will provide a Replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within a few hours of placing them, before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Replacement

In case of damaged or defective items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Proof Required

Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product while requesting a return.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
